Yes, we ship nationwide. Orders are processed within two business days, and delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier used.

Once your order is handed to the shipping provider, responsibility for delivery transfers to them. We're not liable for carrier delays, or for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we don't accept returns of opened or used products. Refunds or replacements are only offered for damaged or incorrect items.

Olive oil, coconut oil, shea butter, castor oil and almond oil, saponified with lye and water. Bare Milk is scented with mild lavender essential oil; Ocean Blue and Midnight Purple both use mild lavender and rosemary essential oil. Nothing else is added.

Our bars are made with gentle, natural oils and no harsh chemicals or preservatives. That said, "natural" doesn't mean hypoallergenic — please review the ingredient list before use, and discontinue use immediately if irritation develops. This information is not medical advice; consult a healthcare provider for any skin concerns.

Every bar is handmade in small batches, so natural variation in colour, swirl pattern, weight and texture is normal and expected — product photos are illustrative, not an exact match for every bar.

Our soaps are for external use only. Store on a draining soap dish between uses, and avoid leaving the bar sitting in water, which shortens its life.
